You’re not just a Requester, you’re an employer

This is probably one of the most insightful statements I’ve ever read about MTurk

“Running a study in AMT meant we were not only researchers interacting with participants; we were also employers interacting with employees.”

The lesson also is: read about how to do studies using MTurk before you do studies using MTurk. I know a good book if you are interested.
